I promise to do the best I can to assure the highest quality Service possible. It is important that you communicate to me your wishes so that I can better serve you.
*Indian Fantail, Exhibition Fantail Fancy Doves and the White Display Doves are for display cages only. I will be responsible for the transport and display and attendance to them at your event. Cages will be available for photographs 30 minutes prior and 1hour following the Release Ceremony. Designated areas for placement will be made in advance.
*As our services cover living creatures, it is understood that the release of the birds can only be allowed if weather conditions are permitting. If conditions force a cancellation after arrival and set up, a 50% refund will be given. A complete refund will be issued if we determine in advance of arrival that weather conditions prohibit a safe release and display.
*A deposit of 50% of the package price is due upon signature of the contract. The remainder is due one month before the scheduled event. In the case of cancellation prior to one month before the event by client, the deposit will be refunded less 25% of the full service price. Cancellations within one month of the event forfeit deposit.
*Telephone or e-mail bookings are held for 5 days only. Your booking will be confirmed when deposit payment and signed contract has been received with agreement to the above conditions.
*I am reserving the date and time and ordering the Dove displays as outlined herein, and I agree to all of the above terms and conditions. The contract will not be in effect until notification of acceptance in writing and deposit is received.
